How to get your resume noticed

How to get your resume noticed
No Name in Filename: Make sure to have your name in the filename. If it is generic and has no name then it may be automatically sorted out. This is because it would be exceedingly difficult to remember which ‘resume.pdf’ goes with each person. If you need help with your resume contact us today and check out our Land that Role programs.

Who are you ?

Posted by Deirdre Albrighton on 17 April 2013

Does it make a difference?

GeneSys has a large range of Personality, Values, Interests and Ability Measures. We use some of these in online formats for our development programs as they give us some insight to the 'why' we do things rather than just the 'how'. These assessments are particularly useful in the development of managers and supervisors, but can also be used in broader workforce planning and company wide learning prgrams. Tools such as the JTI Personality Profile, and the LSI, Learning Style Inventory, are used within our management and accredited programs as a foundation of learning about ourselves.

For more information, take a look at our Psychometric page or request an introductory online test sample at no charge.
