A Day of Personal & Professional Development!

Many professional women feel they are less effective than they wish they were when leading or participating in discussions, meetings, or group negotiations. They struggle with feeling unheard, with “old boy” gangs that dismiss them, with reactive rather than strategic behaviours, with physical stress and tension, and with ineffective speaking skills.

The program is designed to provide women with professional training in effective negotiation, communication and leadership skills, identifying their own personality styles, as well as a special opportunity for networking with other professional women.

The primary goal is to help women achieve their full potential in their chosen profession.

Participants will receive a personalised personality report so a valid email address will be required. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own case of personal challenge within their work environment for discussions.
