This established national construction and service solution company located in Melbourne's inner northern suburbs is currently seeking an office administrator/manager.

Located in a satellite office you will be responsible for two staff and will have proven leadership capabilities. Working closely with the trades team you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. You administration experience will include data entry, debtors, invoicing, word processing and financial systems.

In order to be successful in this role you will have advanced skills in both Microsoft Word and Excel. In addition you will have proven customer service skills and this is also an integral part of the role. Your proven work history in facilities, building or construction will benefit you in this position.
